How is the Digital Product key (aka Digital Licence) delivered after my purchase?

After a succesful purchase from our website, you will receive two emails from us:

Email #1: Order confirmation email with billing details

Email #2: Within 24 hours from your purchase, you will get an instruction email for the Digital Product Key: Inside this email there is a link/button that you click to view your order page where you can view your digital product key. In this same page there are also instructions how to activate the product key to start using it.

Please note that we have security checks in place and it might take upto 24-hours for you to receive the email #2.

How do I activate and install a Norton product key code?

After purchasing your product from Secunord, you will receive an email with the product key included.

Your product key is a combination of alphabetic and numeric characters. It does not contain any special characters.

  1. Please visit norton.com/setup.
  2. On the top-right corner, click Sign In.
  3. If you are not signed in already, you will be prompted to sign in. Type in your email address and password, and click Sign In.
    If you do not have an account, click Create an account, and then complete the sign-up process.
  4. In the Get Started page, click Enter A New Product Key.
  5. In the Get Started page, type the product key and click >.
  6. Read the License and Services Agreement and click Agree.
  7. In the Annual Automatic Renewal Authorization page, update your billing address and credit card details.
  8. Click Agree and Download.
  9. Follow the instructions displayed to Run or Save the Downloader file.Once the Norton installer is executed, your product is downloaded, installed, and activated automatically. Your device displays its current protection status and additional software can be installed from within your account.

    If you see the message "Invalid Product Key", read Message: "Invalid Product Key".
